L’Oréal Professionnel Oxydant Creme Developer is a quality peroxide aimed to get the best results out of L’Oréal Majirouge, Majirel and Majirel High Lift colourants. Crème developer is a permanent developing crème that is mixed with hair colour to “lift” the hair to the desired colour. Characteristics: - maintains the intensity and staying power of the colour. - provides a beautiful colour and covers grey hairs. - smooths the hair fibres and protects them against damage. - leaves hair silky smooth and shiny. - is gentle on hair. Mix the activation emulsion with your chosen colour and apply it to your hair. - 20 vol for two shades lighter, - 30 vol for three shades lighter, - 40 vol for full coverage of grey hair.
