CTC DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Delivery charges are quoted include VAT. Delivery charge will be added (where applicable) to the order at the checkout.
- CTC Hair and Beauty offer a variety of Delivery methods based on where in the country you are.
If you are local you can call us 01745 361491 or 01248 422444 or email orders@firstname.lastname@example.org and place your order, we will hand deliver your order from our vans on our regular scheduled day for your area.
- If you live a bit further out, we use DHL shipping to ship our products straight to you as soon as possible!
- DHL shipping starts at £7.95- we offer a 1-2 day service where possible Monday to Friday. This service is not guaranteed. Orders not sent out on bank holidays as we are closed.
- For some of our products, we will not be able to offer delivery outside of a certain post code areas local to us. Ranges affected are Asp and Insight, for more information, give us a call! 01745 361491

CTC RETURNS POLICY
CTC aims always to provide high-quality Goods that are fault-free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are accepted up to 3 days after the original purchase date. Please email order@email@example.com to arrange your return, including the order number and the reason for the return.
Please include your order number on the paperwork you send back with the goods so that we can process your return efficiently. We recommend you use a form of recorded delivery and that goods are securely packaged and insured as CTC cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged goods being returned.
Returning web orders that are no longer required is accepted, goods must be returned to CTC within seven days of receipt. Goods can only be returned for this reason when unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The Purchaser is responsible for paying shipment costs if goods are returned for this reason.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on items such as scissors, razors, gel polish, nail varnish, hair brushes, combs, clippers (list is not exhausted and subject to our discretion).
Please note returns can take between 7-10 days to be processed and a refund issued.
Damaged, incorrectly delivered or missing goods
In rare cases where incorrect/damaged goods are received or goods listed on the delivery note are missing please inform us within 48 hours of delivery via email ordrs@firstname.lastname@example.org with as much information as possible regarding product required and products received or information relating to the damages. Please include pictures in your email to support your claim and speed up replacements.
Upon receipt of any returned goods, the price of the goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the goods were purchased. This can take up to 7 days to process.
If any goods purchased have faults when they are delivered; the Purchaser should contact CTC within 3 days to arrange collection and return. CTC is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased.
If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, the Purchaser is entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty. Please ensure you register your warranty (where applicable) of your product when you receive it using the information provided with the goods.
