Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is oil-enriched to enhance the overall performance of the 9-level lightener. The oil is responsible for boosting the lift and keeping the lightener result predictable. It helps to achieve up to 9 levels of lift, quicker, with lower volume developers, and leaves hair feeling softer to the touch after shampooing and when dry. The oil-base in the developer also offers optimal mixing and application due to its creamy consistency. Blond Studio Oil-developers from L’Oréal Professionnel are formulated to be used exclusively with the Blond Studio 9 levels lightening powder to activate the lifting agents.
The 20-Volume Oil Developer is to be used on-scalp, length & ends. Blond Studio 9 Oil Developer is to be mixed exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder.
Directions for Use:
Use exclusively with Blond Studio 9 Lightening Powder. Mix in 1:1 ratio (30g of powder with 30ml of Oil-Developer) for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired results. Do not exceed the recommended development time and do not apply heat.
